Volts Technical recruiting in Southfield Michigan forced one of their new employees to sign a blank wage contract refusing to enter in the wage that was promised by the recruiter. Once the contract was signed by the employee Volt entered in a wage that was much lower than what the original wage that was agreed on with the recruiter. Upon receiving the first check the employee noticed that the wage was way lower than agreed upon, when question was asked, human resources personal told the employee that he would get terminated if he starts talking about his hourly pay. This is what we get when working for temporary agency; they have the gun in their hands once questions are asked about wages and other policies, we are threatened by facing termination, what happened to state and federal employment rules and regulations.
