The work that was done to customize this jeep was all wrong. There are entire hardware kits missing, weather stripping missing, 100’s of dollars in electrical issues and it was not even able to drive. There was actually 4inches of water in the trunk when it was delivered from rain due to missing weather stripping which most likely damaged the audio system. It’s a miracle you didn’t need to push it onto the truck. I have made over 20 calls to you and 16 different emails. I have lost track of the text messages. I have spoken with you 2 times on the phone and received 9 text messages and no return emails.
My salesman stopped working for you the day after he sold me the car. You stated this is the only car you have had problems with. All of which were not responded to. You assured me yesterday you would call me back in 5 minutes. You did not. You are leaving me with no choice but to pursue legal action. I have now had no vehicle to drive for 30 days. I will not just go away. Voltron will make this right either by you and your company owning up to your mistakes and making it right with what would have been a continued customer. Or I will send this car back to you, Purchase one from another competitor and pursue you in court. If I do not hear from you by the end of the day I will take that as your answer.
