Volunteer Energy or Volunteer Energy Services Excessive charges for gas in January, February 2014 Pickerington Ohio
Volunteer Services was supposed to provide savings as compared to Consumers Energy gas prices. Till the end of 2012 it was OK, no savings but no bad losses either.
When I got my bill for March 2014 for $257, I was shocked. THen I checked my bills for the whole 2013 till present. Gas Supplier was EDG. THeir rate was about $5.5to 6.5 /MCF for warm months but shoot to $8.69 and 11.99 for the last 2 months while Consumers Energy was charging $4.62/MCF. So deregulation worked well for Volunteer Energy but badly for consumers. The conclusion: VE is FRAUD!
