When my husband and I first saw her site, we were impressed. We decided to give her a call and see what full breed german shepherds were still avaliable because she had a lot listed on her site. Janna James otherwise known as "Julie" told me she had 1 male left named Yuro. I asked her for pictures and she told me I could see him on the site. After seeing him we decided we wanted him. I ask her to send me more pictures and she said her computer was "broken" and said she could on that coming weekend when her "son" could help her. We put down 500$ so we could hold the puppy and send the rest of the full amount a week before the puppy was able to come home to us. The weekend came around and I had to call her numerous times to send more pictures of our puppy. FINALLY she sent 3 and IT WAS NOT THE SAME PUPPY WE CHOSE ON THE SITE. I asked her about it and she insisted it was. I then asked her if she could send a video and she told me she would later on and for "some reason" her phone wouldnt send the video. I gave her my email and asked if she could send it, FINALLY she sent 1 video and it was AGAIN not the same puppy. My husband and I started getting suspicous and started doing research on her as a breeder. I found 2 other reports on her and when i asked her she got VERY defensive and said "that couldn't be her and that's not my site and it must be competition trying to do something". I then asked her if she could send me pictures then and she said she was "busy" and would send them the next day which was Sunday. I also asked her if she could send me more information on the mother and a picture and she REFUSED.
Well it came sunday and around 7:30 PM she still did NOT send me any pictures or even a text saying she was busy or she was going to send them soon. Finally I called her and she said she's been in church all day and she would send them soon. Well midnight rolled around and still NO PICTURES. Monday came around and we waited til 5:00 PM and gave her a call no answer, called again at 6:25 still no answer. Finally called her again and she said she was in the hospital and without me even accusing her of anything goes "you can call the hospital if you don't believe me!!!!!"...and thats when we decided to call it quits. I asked her for my 500$ back and she refused. She then decided to blow up my phone and texted me that "i should be ashamed of myself" and "how could I not care that she was in the hospital" and what kind of person am I saying I am not a human being. She still refuses to give me back my 500$ and took all her money out of her paypal account. I recommend NOT BUYING FROM THIS "BREEDER". She has already had 2 reports on her and MULTIPLE alias. She is a FRAUD and her website is NOT UPDATED. I am so glad I didn't send the rest of the money to her because who knows what kind of puppy or even if a puppy was coming to me.

to orlando, florida: Im sorry that you didnt get the dog you had wanted. Its a good thing though,because i purchased a puppy from her back in dec. of 2013. i deposited 750.00 in her account, and paid her the remainder when i picked up zeus. i wasnt smart enough to ask to see the parents on site. She met us at the santa barbara zoo. i traveled 5 hrs to get him , paid for a motel by the beach and then the morning i was supposed to meet her she tried to tell me to come back in 2 weeks cause he was sick with a tummy infection. which is not uncommoin in puppies.i told her no and trhat she had better bring me my puppy and that id see her at the zoo at noon. she brought me zeus and of course i fell in love instantly with him. we brought him home and i took him to the vets the next day. so when id take him for walks or let him loose at the dog park i noticed that he was hopping with his back legs. by this time he was 5months old. hip dysplasia is a genetic disease or disorder common in large dogs when they r older. i was given the bad news by the vet and he told me he wasnt a good candidte for hip replacement,otherwise i would have paid the 10,000. it would cost or more to have his hips replaced. so of course i was majorly upset . i called her and she asked me what i was feeding him and i said iams. she told me that thats what gave him hip dysplasia. i had only been giving it to him for 3 days. iu askeed her who the hell do you think youre tsalking to, i was raised with german sheperds, and what kind of an idiot did she think i was. i was beyond livid at this point. she told me to take him back,=. why so she could sell him again? no way hes my baby boy. zeus is two yrs old now. you can see that one side of his hips is taller than the other side and hes getting some weird lumps on his legs. i have taken him to two vets and an orthopedic vet and they all say the same thing and that is. the nicest thing i could do for him is to put him down cause hes not a good candidate for surgery. I WOULDNT ADVISE anyone to purchase one of her puppies and have to go thru the heartache that we r going through!!!! i have to help him get into my truck and car also , hes i8n pain so after xmas i guess i will have to put him down. this is killing me, but i want to do whats best for him so he quits suffering. its hard not to be selffish cause hes my babyboy and i love him beyond words! i told her that i WASNOT threatening her but making a promise that the day i put him to sleep im coming to find her! she better hope shes not running a puppy mill or inbreeding her dogs. shes doing something wrong if they have hip dysplasia at such an early age!! she also got defensive with me on the phone. ill keep you updated when i go look for her . she should send your money back and also she says their hips are guaranteed and theyre not!!!! i hope you have found a puppy and enjoy !
