They are a complete FRAUD!! Since posting, I've seen that there are several other people that have also been ripped off from them. I am filing a civil case and spoke with the police in WI. They ARE WILLING TO MAKE AN ARREST if there are enough people that file a complaint. Also, we may have an excellent class action law suit against him if there are enough of us that he frauded and it looks like there are!
