Cindy Hiemenz is a disreputable breeder: bought my german sheperd in 2002. To date, have not received certification or any type of papers. I did receive a convoluted story about the lack of papers and a copy with my dog's name pencilled onto the papers.
Also, needed to register with the anti-cruelty society, due to the dog running away. Ms. Hiemenz took it upon herself to register herself as the owner. I caught this immediately and had her information removed.

Fortunately, the dog was found and returned - to the rightful owner.

To date, I have questions about the actual name of my dog and the age. Always felt the information she provided and the papers provided were altered.
Please, do the research and do not buy from this breeder. Will contact the AKC with this information and provide paperwork to backup suspicions.

i used to work for cindy..first of all she wasn't always a bad breeder..at one point in time she actually took the dogs to shows, trained and spent time with the dogs...it seemed to me that over the years she had gotten greedy, lonely, and bitter. though i don't doubt that she loves her dogs and by that i mean the dogs that live in the comfort of her home! but seeing first hand the mind games she played with her employees! her emotions are so random that you never knew what was coming when you got to work!

i felt so bad for the dogs there! as soon as a female went into heat she informed us to pump the dogs full of amoxicillin..when i asked why she replied " cleaning house before guests arrived".. ..then we would breed her with whoever sometimes more that one stud..so who knows who the dad is?! as one point we had more litters then we had room for so the puppies would be out in the barn with the rest of the adult dogs...which can be dangerous for the puppies since their immunes systems aren't as strong. not to mention she called us names in front of customers..words like idiot retard c**t and b***h...it seemed she never understood that there was way too much work there for one or two people to handle ..we really could have needed 3 or 4 to get the work done that she expected...we got paid less then minimum wage and most days worked without a break even in the middle of winter when a lunch break would have been helpful...if we did get a break it was one of us running to mcdonalds for quarter pounder with cheese and a diet coke for her! the entire time i was there i never saw her away from her computer obsessing over this website! she had nothing in her life except drama.
