Complaint Review: Von Haydon German Shepherds

I purchased an eight month old puppy. I got him from Von Haydon German Shepherds. The owners of the kennel are Kimberly and Matt Richerds.  On their website they said prez Von Haydon the puppy I purchased was house broken and obedience trained. He is neither. I called her and unfortunately she lost her home in a terrible storm she said someone would call me. No one did. Most importantly she did not send any papers for him. Also she did not send an AKC registration so I could transfer him to my name from hers . Those are what I wanr from her. His papers and an AKC registration form so I can register him  as my dog. I don't think I would ever purchase a shepherd from her again as I do not think she was truthful with me..But I want his paers and an AJKC form . It is the least she can do
