I am furious. I contacted the Von Strepple Brothers (sellers of paranormal items) with a commission for a hybrid djinn. After several emails, they said they would hire a "infuser" to create the hybrid for me. The catch was: I had to act fast and pay promptly. But, something came up, and I could no longer purchase my hybrid. I sent a polite email explaining this, and thank them for their help. Not even an hour ago I checked my email and received an email from "Rose, the secretary" telling me I had :"wasted the Master's time", that I was an "acne ridden c*t" and that I was a "fat daydreaming teen" who "wasted everyones time". I am shocked. Never in all my dealings with Paranormal Collectors have I faced this. I've dealt with supposed scammers like Creepy Hollows, and I've never had this happen to me. I liked these people. They were kind, supportive and helpful. They were highly recommended and offered wonderful service. But I am shocked and disgusted. Do not deal with these people, because this is what they do to people who don't buy from them.

You are clearly dealing with frauds and you are stupid enough to buy into this absurd, hilarious crap.

You deserve what you get!

I purchased an item from them a couple of years ago. I won't go into what it was, but it wasn't a djinn or any item claiming to have a spirit in it. The person helping me was named Tracey. She was very nice and helpful until a fight started between two other groups of people on forums called Haunted Curiosities and Creepyhollows. They refer to it as the "Witch Wars". The Von Strepples were in the middle of it with people claiming the VS's sent them items attached to demons. There was someone on one of the forums at the time offering blessings and I asked for one. There were some weird things going on in my house at the time and my child was having nightmares so I thought a blessing couldn't hurt. Well someone (I do not know who) told these people that I claimed they sent a demon to my house and I was badmouthing them, etc. I NEVER said any such thing. I started getting horrible, verbally abusive emails from Tracey threatening me and my family with curses and she went on to spread outright lies about the service I requested from her on the Creepyhollows forum and their own website. I also saw emails from them to other forum members at the time that were equally as awful. The people at Creepyhollows are still fans of the Von Strepples and that is why I don't associate with that forum anymore. They are absolutely VILE people.

If you want to use magick, learn to do it yourself. Or go to someone reputable. Stay away from these clowns.

i have been buying from vonstrepple for years and i have canceled w them on occasion for the same reason. these men or group are very understanding. I have a good feeling that u are leaving important details out about urself and what took place. Before attacking andtring to ruin someones good name take a look at the truth of your actions

This is typical behavior for ANY of the frauds that deal with any kind of paranormal crap.  They are the lowest of the low and you can't expect anything else from them.

My advice is to halt all communication with them or any other, block them or whatever you have to do.  Above all, please do not send any of them any money, they are all - 100%- scam artists and they will take you for everything you have if you let them.

Disgusting!!

After I complained in this email:

"To whom it may Concern,

This morning, I received an email from a woman associated with you. This is after I informed you that (for private and unforeseen reasons) I could not longer complete my business with you. This email was filled with expletives, accusing my of "wasting the Master's time" and calling me a "acne riddled c**t". This is inexcusable. This woman claimed to be your Secretary "Rose". I am totally outraged. This disgusts me more than I can relate. I also found out that this is not an isolated occurrence, and that you have done this before. There have been several complaints about your company filed on (((REDACTED))). I have filed a complaint on www.ripoffreport.com, and am considering legal action. I demand an explanation for this inexcusable behavior.

I recieved this email:

"Since you are not a customer. And since you are a woman masquerading as a man I find it difficult to understand what you are whining about since I know nothing of anyone named Rose nor have I any idea of an email that you seem to be so morally outraged about. Go away, you are clearly unbalanced and out of your mind. If you contact this email address again you will be reported for sexual harassment. I hope that is clear to you. We attract a lot of old woman like you who all seek the attention of our founder and we will now put all your emails on a special website that we run so that ALL other EBAY DEALERS can have your IP address and your real name and your real address. Now go away and never contact us again. We have no idea what you are on about and we strongly advise you to seek medical advice. Go away."

What company would send such abuse filled emails to someone who just was trying to complain about outrageous injustices dealt to them? There is no excuse to trotting out such ridiculous and random claims.
