Von Osburn was living in my home with my family because he stated the apartment above his caught on fire and he was not able to get into his apartment. He stayed with us over a month. He stated he would pay rent of 560.00 for me allowing him to stay at our home. When I pressured him for the rent he made excuses to not come home and eventually moved on to another unsuspecting woman.
I'm not bitter at all over his leaving. I'm concerned with the new persons safety and well as her pocket book. I simply would like the rent owed me.
Please beware single ladies for this man is a vulture and seeks out woman with a big heart for his own personal gain.

The response by Von T. Osburn is incorrect. He purchased one meal. My son and I supplied the rest of the food as well as a place for him to sleep, shower and eat to also include the washing of his one outfit and personal hygiene items. Other clothes were purchased by myself for Von so he didn't have to wear the same dirty clothes.
I have text messages from Von stating that he agreed to pay the rent amount of $560 plus late fees of $150 in order for him to remain in good standing with me. I have found that he is not a man of his word and continues to manipulate women to have a roof over his head.
All I want is what was promised me. He has left me in a financial bind due to his non-payment of the rent, and late fees.
In another report filed on this website for the utilities. He used a check by phone to pay the electric of $300.00 and the payment was returned because Von gave an account number that was off by one number. I had 2 hours to scrape up the money to pay my utilities because they would be turned on the following morning. Von refuses to rectify his wrong in both reports. Since he did this, I am now required by the City of Mesa to pay my utilities in cash only.
Again ladies, please beware of this man, Bad news all around.

Yes i stayed with Deborah Dease. I put food in her home and gas in her ccar about $400 we never agreed on a rent amount.
