Vonage a nightmare really really really bad Nationwide INTERNET

There customer service is horrendous!!! I mean horrible. Most of the reps are hard to understand or else they dont understand you. I signed up for a one month free for one number. I got three phone numbers! And they sent me three vonage kits. I tried to send all back ..at a cost to my self..only once they received back would they refund. Eventually I had so many problems getting vonage phone number to work with my phone company..that I got fed up and called to cancel. Well, as one of the other complaint on here says...they told me I had to hold my membership open. I didnt want to do this..but they basically forced me..I was not given options. Honestly, I almost had a nervous break down dealing with this company. They would NOT cancel and eventually they charged me over 200 bucks for a one month service I never used. When I called to complain...well you know the way it goes...put on hold for hours...talked to 1000 reps...but in the end nothing changed. They would not accept the fact all I wanted was to discontinue the service. I felt like they were holding a gun to my head. It was horrible. Do NOT EVER DEAL WITH VONAGE...THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO RIP YOU OFF! I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW BAD VONAGE IS. DONT GO THERE.
