I had ordered Vonage Business for my new business. I hooked up the phone once i had Internet. The phone was garbled and I need to hook a portable phone to the system. With Vonage Business you can just go buy a phone to use. You can only use one of the phones Vonage Business sells you. WIth issues with phone quality and needing a portble I ordered a portable panasonic form VOnage Business. I got the phone could not get the phone to work at all. I call VOnage Busienss technical support was put on hold for over an hour. Finally tech support. After having me reboot modem,reboot phone the tech then ask who my ISP was I told him Comcast. Then he ask wht type of modem. I told him. He said that this phone is not compatible with Comcast or this modem. I said fine I need a return aurhorization for the phone to return the phone that is not compatible with the largest cable provider. The tech support person told me sorry all sales are final. I said to you sold me a phone that is not compatible with Comcast. You had all this information before you sold me the phone. He then told me that was my responsibility. How could I know that the phone was not compatible with comcast. He suggest I change ISP's or better yet take the phone home and use. I told him I dont need my business phone to ring at home. He then said anything else I can help you with. I told I just need to return the phone there system does not work with my ISP We cant except returns. Anything else I can do for you. I asked to speal to a supervisor he said there were no supervisors. At this point I had no otehr options. I ported teh number to Comcast. After the number was ported I called cancelled my Vonage Business. I kept getting billed for service on my credit card. I called Customer service. They claimed I never canceled. I have a ported number they do have the number and still bill me. I have disputed the charge with the Credit card comapny. This is the absloute worst service I have ever delt with. Be warned if you have COmcast dont even think about using Vonage Business.
