Vonage Has Lousy Customer Service, Ripoff Edison New Jersey
I had a technical problem with my serive right from day one. A week after service, my phone had dial tone but wouldn't dial out. Incoming calls wouldn't ring through. Who knows how long it was like that with me missing calls?
I asked Vonage for a credit on my account, but they kept making excuses and then finally just refused. Warning to all: Stay away from Vonage.
