Complaint Review: Vonage

I just signed up with vonage and i was told that i will be able to fax to an efax just to get the sale, now i find out that this is not true. I called vonage and they did not care. they tranferd me to a supervisor which kept me on hold for over 45 min. then hung up on me i called back and the customer servive person gave me an attitude and would not even give me his employee # he put me on hold for another 35min and then hung up on me.... these people are the worst and and dont even speak the english language.... i regret ever signing up with them. i will tell everyone i know about these liars!!!! starting here!!!
