I signed up with Vonage For my Business.They were supposed to transfer my number in 40 Days . Went through everything i was supposed to do. It is now. August 14th No number Transfered Still. I call them a*s wipes , and they always say they will get the problem ESCALATED. I lost thousands of dollars on my advertising, and $100.00 a month on my old nextell phone for the past 5 months. Now The number transfer has been cancelled and i lost My phone number. WHAT DO I DO NOW . Well i went on my statement for vonage and it looks like ive been getting charged for 2 lines. Sorry i am very very very upset . Now they overcharged me 150 dollars more that i didnt even know about untill i looked at my CC statement today. Ok i was just on the phone with them on hold for 45 minutes just now and just got disconnected after being transfered to the right person for 1 hour. THESE PEOPLE SUCK. Lawyers have been called State troopers on the way . If you need a number transfer . CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!! YOU GUYS SUCKKKK

Get in contact with the corporate office, such as the "Director Of Operations" Try and get some fax numbers at the corporate office and start sending faxes.

I had a problem with Qwest with a disconnected phone line that "couldn't be restored." Completely their mistake.

Within hours of a very consisely written letter, no profanity, no fluff, no emotion, just THE FACTS. My phones with their original #'s were back in service.

I quoted their corporate terms of service within the fax and stated that their was only one solution that would be acceptable.

IT WORKED!!!!!!!
