VONAGE RIPOFF BILLING FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED LAKEWOOD New Jersey

In mid-2007 I ordered the Vonage (*30-DAY RISK FREE TRIAL) service, then when I learned I would be limited to using only 1 jack in the home I cancelled the next day, and I never used their service. It took them weeks to finally release my phone number back to Verizon, but finally had my service back, and up and running, with Verizon. Same phone number. It's been more than a year and Vonage billed my credit card fo the entire year for service I've had with Verizon (again, same number). I provided Vonage with copies of my Verizon bills, proving that I was a customer in good standing with Verizon, but they still refuse to reimburse me, in excess of $357.69.
