It's taken forever, but I got my money back from vonage

It has taken 4 months and two seperate actions, but I have gotten my money back from Vonage.Fortunately I had emailed as well as phoned and written to attempt to cancel the account and had saved the email acknowledgement by vonage that I wanted my account canceled prior to the 30 day money back guarentee running out. They tried to deny the cancelation until a hard copy was sent to the BBB of New Jersey, and the credit card co.Even after loosing in the credit card actions, they still tried to deny the timely notice and acknowledgement again with the BBB.

They lost,Again.Yahoo!!even though the total is barely over $100,It's the principal and the fraudlant actions by vonage that made it a couple of reasons to go after the promised refund and illegally charged sums.Besides,I've nothing better to do as I'm disabled and crooks really rub me the wrong way.As I emailed the BBB,my only regret is that there are numerous others that will not be so lucky.THanks to rip off report.com for a place to find out what businesses like vonage are doing and for the public to be able to find out they are not alone.
