Vonage ripoff don't care about customers Holmdel New Jersey
This phone service refused for 2 months to give us a new router device so we could make calls. They hung up on us several times when we would try to call. This company cares nothing about the customers...only money.
This company is nothing but liars who take your money and do not care if your service workks well or not. I believe this company should be shut down because if nobody cares about customer service, they shouldn't be a company at all.
