Vonage Ripoff Failed to transfer phone number in 100 days and wouldn't issue credit Holmdel New Jersey

After a 100 days Vonage still has not transfered my phone number. Many hours spent on the phone and their credit department does not provide 24-7 support, but their website says their is 24-7 support.

They would not credit my account via e-mail. No action was take to correct transfer problem, nor were any details provided as to why it was taking so long.

I filed a complaint to the BBB and Vonages response was a form letter that basically said 'a phone number transfer is not required to bill you for our services'.

I would like to also note that records show I made no phone calls on their service and they still would not issue me a full credit. Vonage can take your money, but they won't give it back.
