Vonage ripoff! Phone shut off for unknown reason. Phone company won't respond. Edison New Jersey
I posted an ad on a newspaper the weekend of January 11th., 12th, and also on Monday the 13th of 2004. The newspaper was the Arizona Republic, I spent 250 USD on that ad.
Yesterday I got a call from an angry customer saying that she was not able to contact me. She said that she was not able to reach me because no one would answer the telephone. I was near my telephone all this time.
Now I am trying to contact the telephone company and they won't answer my calls. Why? Are they afraid I might ask them to reimburse my money? This was very unfair on behalf of the company. And it is even more unfair if they don't respond to my phone calls.
This is really a very bad situation that I hope this people understand and they help me fix.
