Customer service is the worst, Never have experienced anything like it. Takes about 45 minutes to an hour to get through on the phone. All their email responses are just a generic kickbacks telling you to call their 800#.

I've had so many issues with this company from service to them just taking money out of my account.I talked to some idiot today and he didn't like what I had to say, I kid you not he made a bogus $50 charge on my account. I had to get the billing dept.(which took 1hour and 23 minutes to get someone on the phone)to credit my account. They say they have no idea why he did that.

I anyone is interested in a class action lawsuit I would definitely be interested in participating in that. I feel so ripped off right now.
