Vonage provided me with an unusable service. I had constant interruptions in the transmission, which drove me and my callers crazy. I wasted hours on the phone with incompetent Vonage technicians, who were unable to fix the transmission problem. When, after over a year of being with Vonage, I demanded the cancellation of services, they charged me a cancellation fee, withdrawing the funds from my checking account (from which I paid for the service) as I was on the phone with the representative telling her that I would not agree to any cancellation charges since the cancellation was caused entirely by Vonage.
