Vonage Wouldn't cancel my service,still charged after returning brokem modem box Internet

I had ordered vonage a couple years ago ,it worked fine for about a year then we had an outtage in our house and the modem box wouldn't work .i had gotten a replacement box and that one did't work they said my ip address wasn't the same on the same computer i used before ...so i sent back the 2 boxes ...told them i was moving didn't have service anymore but they refused to stop billing me ...when i tried to talk to a supervisor they would make you wait on hold for an hour ...no lie ...then she wouldn't cancel your service ..no matter what you said to her ...i told her i was moving and she insisted on keeping the service on ...(with no call box at my home )she would credit it every month after billing it til i moved and ordered a new box for my new home ...this credit never happened i still was getting billed every month ...i shut off the credit card ...they would send me e mails they could charge my card for the fee's ...amazing ....i finally ...called them for the 5th time and threathened to have my lawyer get involved cause they we making feel like i was gonna have a heart attack from the frustration ...from them not cancelling my service ...finally they stopped bothering ...but then i got a letter from a collection company for 90.00 something dollars saying i owed them money for service .....sick company ..don't ever get involved with these people
