Vortal Group INC I bought a oil on canvas. It said signed by the artist. Can't even find the artist. I called & was told no they did not have it. In maine if you sell a painting saying signed by artist you have to provide that name. It is the law Costa Mesa California
At A so called ( Police Aution) site I bid & won?. A oil on canvas that was said to be worth 1250.00 signed by the artist got my painting and all I could see was a T ai a n l. So i called customer service who said sure I will look it up. She came back on the phone & said that's strange we don't have that one sorry
