Complaint Review: Voss Certified Pre-Owned

I purchased a 2004 GMC Envoy from these guys about a week ago. After driving it for a week i noticed a screetch coming from the engine compartment. I advised the dealer and the manager of the issue and they are telling me that it is normal for the noise to be there and are refusing to fix it. I cannot believe that a customer who paid cash for a vehicle is treated this way. I was told that i need to take it to another mechanic, pay them money to have them write something up that the vehicle is making noise, then come back to Voss, so they can possibly get it fixed. I have never heard such a mess!

I highly recommend that you NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with these people.
