Purchased V1 500GB external hard drive from tigerdirect.com on 12/02/08. Drive went dead Feb 2. Tried repeatedly to contact them for RMA via email, online request via their website, and by phone. NO RESPONSE. After doing more research, it appears I'm not alone.
