I was supposed to get $20 back in a Micro Center rebate after 10-12 weeks from Vox Products. After 4 months went by I started inquiring by email about my rebates. They never answered me. My rebate was approved according to the website. It has now been over 9 months, and this fraudulent company has never answered my emails, phone calls or snail mail. Micro Center the company I bought this from has not been helpful since I am assuming that VOX Products is out of business?
