Voyager Travel Club ripoff charged credit credit prematurely promised refund still waiting 3 months later Las Vegas Nevada
I went to the website of this company after receiving an email from them, to check out the validity of "two free international airline tickets". Thought it seemed doubtful so didn't go any further.
Received a phone call from an agent, talked to him for more than 20 minutes, got all of the company information and they seemed legit. Made dumb move and gave them my credit info as he said I would have a week to think it over, and I would always be able to reach customer support if I had any problems and get an immediate refund if I wasn't satisfied.
Didn't get the week to think about it. So I called and emailed and told them I wanted the refund. Filled out the request and mailed it "certified" got back the card to show it had been received. No response, more emails, they said they never got the refund request, told them I had proof that they did, then the request turned up in my mail unopened and stamped "refused" post office is checking on this. Now no response to emails, but on hold for ever on the phone and have been trying for three months to get the refund. Have reported them to BBB.

Had called my credit card company to see if they could help with the refund, and she told me I had received one 11/06 finally! Got a call today from Tom Meyer the manager, who apologized and said that they had lost 7lbs of mail in October and that had caused a lot of problems. He offered to get my vouchers to me and gave me a voucher number. Hopefully he mean't it.
