Complaint Review: VS Store aka Computer Personalities George Cappell

Mad as hell regarding a company that scams you:

We are also victims of Video Computer Store aka Computer Personalities. We ordered in July, but received nothing. We then tried to call 15 times and was on hold over 165 minutes. After a certain amount of time with nothing received except our credit card bill, I knew that we had been ripped off.

We immediately contacted our credit card company and are disputing it at this time. I do not intend getting ripped off this way and will write to everyone I can think of. Everyone else should also. As far as I am concerned, George Cappell is nothing but a scam artist and should be indicted for defauding people, cheating, fleecing, tricking, stealing and deception.

People should report this to the BBB in PA, in addition to the
state they live in along with the Attorney General, FTC, and National Fraud Information Center. It should be reported to any agency that will listen.
