I had forgotten the password to my account so I had created 2 new ones. I asked them to merge them and because my last name changed after I got married the employees told me I needed to change my name so all accounts matched so I did as they requested. They refused to merge my accounts again and escalated the problem. They never returned my call and that was 2 weeks ago after speaking to two agents that made me change my account info.
Today on 5/11/18 I spoke to an employee who was rude and kept trying to hang up on us even after requesting to speak to a supervisor. Finally we speak to one after an hour and he gets irrate with us and tells us my accounts can’t be merged and it is my problem not their’s, even after they have continuelly changed my password after I requested they only change it for me and if they had my phone number which I changed a week ago. He got mad and hung up on me, unprofessional. Not to mention there were over $200 in charges on a debit card we had on file for that account in which we did not charge. Rude, unprofessional, and fraudulent people there. I want my digital copies all sent to movies anywhere and iTunes for this reason, especially have well over 200 movies on those accounts!
