Vume Wireless Constant loss of service, ZERO customer support, No live people to talk to Castle Rock Colorado

Vume recently bought SpeedConnect. Since the takeover my internet service drops approximately every 2-3 hours. Restoration of service ususally takes 20-30 minutes. This has been happening for many, many months. Calling the only phone number shown on their website for technical support provides no help. No live person ever answers the phone, the message tree drops customers into voice mail, and voice mails NEVER result in a call back. I have left up to six messages during the course of a single day and have never gotten any call back. There is no email address shown on thier web page.

Reviews on other pages show that customers cannot even terminate service with Vume. Messages related to service termination are also ignored. Customers report that they have been sent to collection agencies when they attempt to terminate service and stop paying.

Vume needs to face the consequences of thier terrible internet service and for the absolutely non-existant technical support and customer service. This total lack of support must be a huge problem for home businesses and for people who have medical conditions that require internet access for perpetual monitoring.
