Complaint Review: Vxoxo Media Group

I ordered WIN 98 SE from the web site www.myofficejokes.com on 7/2/01, but never received it, just delays and promises to send it. When I even paid for this through PayPal using my credit card, they denied the payment. Therefore, I sent $56.50 directly out of my bank account, which I was a little leary of, for why would they denied it when using a credit card.

The guy that I dealt with called himself Santo Polanco. I eventually asked for a refund, which I have not received and so have e-mails from him, which nothing but empty promises or should I say, stealing.
