Complaint Review: Vydox

On June 28, 2014 I responded to an add to try a free sample of their male enhancement. I read the ad very closely for the terms of their program. I did not read anything about having to call to cancel a subscription or be billed for another months supply. On July 15, 2014 I noticed $89.99 had been taken out of my bank account for an order of Vydox. I called their phone number they had listed on the add and was told I had to contact Vydox to cancel the subscription or they would keep taking money out of my bank account every month for additional orders. The representitive I spoke to said they would cancel my subscription but I would have to send back the order that was already filled for a refund. Well, it is now August 7, 2014 and I still have not recieved the order I paid for to be able to send it back for a refund. I have tried many times to contact thier customer support only to get a recorded message saying I have cancelled my subscription and am not in there system anymore. Ive tried to email them but get a message to refer to their Mutual Arbitration Agreement. I am deeply diistraut over being scamed for $89.99 that I could not afford to just give away. I am a 52 year old married Disabled Veteran who is having trouble with fullfilling my marrital duty in the bedroom and was seeking help with restoring the erge to have sex with my wife. These companies like Vydox prey on people like myself who are desperate to find real answers to real life problems. Make no mistake about it, Vydox is a real scam. I have read the feed back from alot of other people who has been scammed the same exact way. I don't know what can be done to stop such theft but I have taken the time to file this report in hopes of maybe saving someone else from falling into this trap and to keep such evil people from getting rich off of other peoples search for help.
