I also received a letter with a check for $3900.00 .And "for security reasons,we advise that you keep this award from public notice until the claims have finalized." Well I would like to make this public, I called the number ,spoke with a man that I couldn't even understand. I asked he to spell his name to me ,he said to look at the letter for the spelling!!! Also the return address on the envelope is 2901 Royal Lane,Niagara Falls, ON N6H 4W1. Where is that?
Do these peole think we are dumb!!!

They do indeed think Americans are stupid. And, if the thousands of people who have cashed those bogus checks are any indication, the scammers are correct. And NO...there is NOTHING that can be done. They are in a foreign country. Now, of course, if YOU want to go into Canada and search the entire country for them, go right ahead. But WHAT would you do if you found them ???? They have broken no Canadian laws.......
