W.R. Cade Paving Co. Took deposit, promised work would be done 05.01.09, never showed. Calls were never returned New Castle Pennsylvania
This company took my deposit on 03.06.09, promised work would be done 05.01.09, they never called to schedule and never showed.
I called 5 times thus far, one call revealed the person that was here and stole my deposit has quit the company.
I continued to call, asking for the owner "Rusty", NEVER got a call back. No action. They stole my money, did not do the work, will not call me back, will not refund my deposit.
I have a contract signed by the representative also.
My neighbor also has given this company the same deposit and is in the same position as me.
I am getting no results and no communication with this company. They were to pave my driveway.

It is true that a former employee took a $50 deposit from Maria and $50 from her neighbor. I did not know about this until late in May. When I did speak to Maria she was very understandably upset and wanted her driveway done for FREE because of the inconvenience. I told her that is not fair or possible and mailed her and her neighbor each a refund check on June 5, 2009. I advised that she press charges on the person who actually 'stole' the money if she wanted anything further to come from this.
