I would like to thank this mystery person for using the upmost diplomacy in responding to my complaint. Except for going below the belt in any small way he knew how, like calling me ignorant for calling his agency pretentious. But I can live with that, there's bigger issues at hand.

I think it's funny in light of W Talent's "expanding" market, and despite the fact that their resources are/were running low, they managed to re-touch and distribute the photos of EVERY person in my photoshoot session in a timely manner except me. I'm curious, where did my negatives go after the last person in my photoshoot session was re-touched and you began re-touching people in the next photoshoot session? Did I disappear into oblivion? How long did I need to remain silent for you to realize what your company did to me? What if, going on four and a half months later, I didn't say anything?? Would have still recieved that call?

This is what troubles me the most out of this whole issue.

It is definitely true, that both the W Photographer and my New Faces Director were in contact with me regarding this issue, but I still needed to hear from the CEO. After three months without my photos, it was past the hands of the Photographer and New Faces director. I needed Evan Walker , or at least Chad his second in command, to step up to the plate and address my issues. After three months is this asking too much? I don't think so.

They pride themselves on being "internationally renowned" but can't even produce my photos in a timely manner???

And to address my "lack" of skills, well yes it's true that I've neve done runway, film work, and before June I had never done print work... but the issue at hand was the issue of urgency. I made no ifs, and's, or butts about the fact that I was in Utah for only a short time and that things needed to happen and happen fast. I was willing and eager, and in the end, W Talent failed me, drastically.

As a Latter-Day saint raised good moraled person, I'm standing up for my rights, because they were violated, and if that makes me "ignorant" so be it.

I'll close with the closing in my original complaint

I'm sure W Talent has done a lot of great things for a lot of great people; but for me they have done absolutely nothing and I urge you to think about the things I've said before signing with them.
