Hi,

We were charged twice when we initially signed up a year ago. We sent several e-mails with no response and we requested you cancel the auto billing / recurring billing. This year we were again charged twice despite our multiple requests to cancel and to remove the duplicate account.

Please refund us the original $20 Euros and the $40 Euros from this year. I am posting this complaint to Consumer Reports
