Ever since we bough the car, it has been an uphillbattle with them, their excuses range from we have the wrong address, the post office has you at a different location, we even made payments using Express oay, no avail.

now we went them a certified letter explaining our dilemma. asking again for a statement of account and for a payment coupon book. no response.

Wachovia Dealer Services does not sent out coupon books. If they have your correct mailing address, you should receive a statment in the mail about 15 days before your payment date much like you do with a credit card.
