Wachovia overdraft charges that shouldnt be charged Loganville Georgia
as of right now i have a neg.1100 in my account tried to talk to them and they said they put rent in first is sk them how can i be charged when rent came in on example:15th and everything else came in on the 9. i had several come in on the 9 and they overdrafted me. would not refund me .they said i need to keep track of my own charges and not to count on the internet because bank card holds are held for five days. i kept track of my charges and i should not have any - in my account now on the 31st a deposit will go in but will not beable to pay any bills. i may end up having my car taken away now if any suit is pending on this co. pleas let me know

They make this thing in the front of your checkbook called a register. It is for you to keep track of your expenses and not expect the bank to do it for you.
Holds are put on checkcard transactions for a reason.....and not to get more "fees". It is for your protection.
Keep up with your own expenses and this won't happen. This isn't Wachovia's fault.
