I have paid enough overdraft fees to Wachovia due to thier selective processing anomale, and feel as if I have been robbed. I've never understood thier reasoning behind thier choice to execute these transaction out of order. A larger transaction being more important?

In my opinion, this is misleading, and I feel it to be an issue we have all dealt with, without satisfaction. How could I been so blind? It is in thier name: Wachovia= Walk-all-over-ya! I should have been charged 2 NSF fees, which I would have paid, with a grumble under my breath, instead I am faced with $300 plus in fees, simply because Wachovia picks and chooses what debits, and what floats in bank neitherworld until they decide it can be used to rob another chunk of dollars from me. I agree keeping a running balance is important, however I am human, and to err, well thats granted, but to forgive is DIVINE.

Luckily I have accounts with a local credit union, which are in the black, and will become my only financial institution. For poor wachovia, will not see another dime of my hard earned dollar, I can not imagine how many millions upon millions of dollars are wrongfully claimed by the Execs of Wachovia out of human err. I am walking away well aware I will continue owing this bank money, what else can I do?

I'm far from riches, and every cent I earn is budgeted away to lifes neccissities like the $4 a gallon fuel, car payment insurance, rent, electricity, and if any is left over...then I maybe can afford Food. I'm Not kidding, food has seriously been downgraded to the bottom of my list. Thanks Alot Wachovia! And Also Thank You America for allowing this practice to be legal. I'm sorry I can not bend over and take any more. It don't feel right!

Class action suits? I'm totally interested if anyone is seriously working on a resolution plan in Alabama. Until then consumers beware of evil banks, such as Wachovia.
