Hello, if you have to do a waffle collectibles, Beware ... in fact, I ordered an aircraft worth over 100 euros UTA DC 8 1/200 that arrived broken home. (Trains atterissages broken) Much to my amazement, I called them to ask for a corresponding explanation, replied that he was not responsible. I am accustomed to collcetionneur order online, this is the first time I know this kind of problem, I did not know this site before ordering, and I also read the reviews after having control my plane I do not have to complain about the delivery time, I live in FRANCE, but the service after sale. So TIP, if you have a plane to search for, try to find it elsewhere. please read on.

 

Bonjour, si vous avez  à faire a waffle collectibles, mefiez vous ...en effet,  j'ai commandé un avion d'une valeur de plus de 100 euros  DC 8  UTA  1/200  qui est arrivé cassé chez moi.( trains atterissages cassés   )  A ma plus grande stupefaction ,j'ai appele leur correspondant pour demander une explication , on m'a repondu qu'il n'etait pas responsable. Je suis un collcetionneur habitué a commander via internet,c'est la premiere fois que je connais ce genre de probleme,  , je ne connaissais pas ce site avant de commander, et d'ailleurs j'ai lu les critiques apres avoir commande mon avion, je n'ai pas a me plaindre sur le delai de livraison , je vis en FRANCE, mais  sur le service apres vente.   Donc UN CONSEIL , si vous avez un avion à chercher, essayez de le trouver ailleurs.   bonne lecture à tous.

The buyer Jean Marc O**** agreed to using a non-insured shipping method for his items. He agreed to this method, however out of fairness, he was offered a full refund and or replacement model upon return.

Initial email sent

Hello  sir, i'm sending you this mail  to tell  that i well received the DC 8 UTA plane   i ordered, in time within 7 days, but  the main  gear  were broken,  that made me very upset due to the price i paid for it. Please ,  check next time your package and make sure the plane you sent are in a safe box...I hope you'll  consider my request seriously and give me a discount to  keep me as a customer..  Yours sincerly    ...MR  O****

Within 3 hours he was offered a replacement and or refund upon return of the original item...the following email was sent

I'm sorry that the model arrived damaged, you are welcome to return it for an exchange and/or refund if the model is no longer available. Unfortunately any damage that occurs in shipping is outside of our control and there is nothing I can do from my end to make sure every single end product arrives in-tact .-Michael

Considering the buyer chose a non-insured shipping method and was still offered a replacement or refund if not available is more then fair. May all the sellers beware of
