I went to Wagner-Dean in February 2002 to seek help in this depressed job market. Mr. Harry Wagner said it was not the job market but where to look for jobs. Mr. Wagner implied, with his help, he could market me and my resume and find me a job by April 2002. I paid $800 for their service.

What they do is, they pay one of the major resume blasters $75 to blast (my) resumes out to 5,000 organizations. Except for changing my 2 page resume, which I wrote, to a one page resume, they did absolutely nothing I could not do myself. Mr. Wagner makes it sound like they have a magic formula or hidden job market searches to help you get a job.

I received only one decent interview from a resume sent from Wagner-Dean (which of course was not really from them, but from the resume blaster service). Through networking over the last year, I have met at least a dozen people in the Dallas area that had signed up with them on or about the same time I did at around the same price they charged me, with the same results. None!!!!

Do not use this company for a job search, they are fraudulent!!!

Paul Novak contracted with Wagner-Dean for our marketing services on 2/27/02. All contracted services were performed. We market prople to help them achieve interviews.

We prepared a new resume, put Paul through interview training and launched his campaign on March 1st. Through June 9 of 2000 we had his resume e-maild and faxed to over 3000 potential hiring companies. One of the interviews we helped him achieve was with LocalView.com with Counselor Broadcasting which is a Tom Hicks Company. He did not get an offer. We kept presenting his resumes to employers until he told us to stop on June 9.

He sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau which we responded to. They ruled that we had done everything contracted for and said the matter was settled in our favor. You may check this with Angela Ramirez with the BBB of Dallas at 214-220-2000.

We have 7 e-mail testimonials from clients who joined our program at the same time Pual did. They all got postions from our marketing efforts.

Paul says in his statement that he has talked with a dozen people that joined when he did and that our program did not work for them. This is a lie.

We have helped hundreds of people get interviews and jobs. Our system works best for those who work well with us as a team. We are sorry Paul became very negative and asked us to stop marketing him.

We request that this libel is removed from your Web site immediately. We work very hard and have an excellent reputation and intend to keep it that way.

Thank You Harry Wagner
