I sent two scientific geological samples for laboratory spreparation. I paid for rapid service. The samples quickly came back in worthless condition. I called customer service but no one answered. I filled out a negative report they sent to learn about customer satisfaction. I wrote emails to get the samples done over. No response. I just want the samples to be prepared properly.
