Shoddy Chinese reproduction painting coupled with arrogant French 'Customer service". I bought a reproduction painting from wahooart.com online gallery. I was shocked at the appallingly poor quaity when the painting arrived and asked for a refund from the French owner who told me he would not issue me a refund as I did not know anything about art unlike himself who he self-dresribed as an 'expert'.
