OMG, I ordered one of the waist trimmers, after three weeks I called to inquire where my purchase was as my credit card was billed the day I ordered. I was informed that they were so back logged because of how busy they have been. Finally receive my trimmer and it couldn't fit around a barbie doll!!! I ordered based on the sizing scale. I called to see how I could exchange it for another size and was informed that they do not honor any exchanges/returns. I'm like REALLY.
They are so rude and unprofessional, I doubt they will last long. No wonder they only have celebrities representing them there getting paid. I am disgusted, $150 down the drain.
