WaistShaperz.com Refusing to issue refund Hicksville New York
In March 2017 I ordered the Atenas Body Shaper and went according to the recommending sizing for my height and weight, however the item was still too small, so I returned it and had to pay for return shipping. Since they will only allow for product exchange, I tried another product and had to pay the difference in pricing plus another shipping charge. First of all, they take several months to ship out their products. I had also ordered reversible sweatsuit body and waist shaping vest, and that was too small.
I have tried to get them to issue a credit after trying two of their products and going to according to their recommended size chart and these products are not working for me. But yet still they refused to issue a credit to my card and now still asking me to pay more monies for the products that I am FORCED to try again, since they are refusing to credit my card.
I am refusing to do that and would like a refund of my $196.00 which is what I paid for both products.
