The Denver CO based Wait Training Inc. was awarded over $1,000,000.00 in funds to strengthen marriage in the state of Denver.

The Executive Director Joneen Krauth-Mackenzie was in fact SEPERATED FROM HER HUSBAND at the time she applied for the grant!

To verify this you should look up United States Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Grant #90FE0051.

The organization was paid to mentor broken relationships in Colorado and teach people how to have better marriages in the state. In this grant they spent over $30,000.00 for tracking software to track their results, and create a proven track record. As of today several months after they were scheduled to finish the work paid for by the grant they have yet to record one single piece of information.

So far we have $30,000.00 in tax payer money wasted.

Over $100,000.00 was set aside to pay a grant oversight team to help better use their grant resources. As of one month ago the team they hired legally ended the agreement for failure to pay on the part of Wait Training.

This is not the only company running away from Wait Training. A National Grant writers organization, a web development team, and a public relations expert have all ended their relationships with Wait Training due to reasons ranging from "being cussed out by Tammy Borgias (a staff member)" to other failure to pay issues.

This organization is creating a track record of misusing public funds, and using tax payer money for fraudulent purposes.

The main vehicle for delivering "marriage curriculum" to the public of colorado was to hold marriage workshops. Over $100,000.00 was spent advertising on radio, and on billboards through the personal friends of the director Cox Creative. The Cox team spent the advertising budget and was able to round up a whapping 12 couples.

$30,000 for software they never used?

$100,000 to friends for advertising that didn't work?

A string of broken business relationships

Pending Lawsuits

and to top it off an organization teaching healthy marriage lead by a woman who is seperated from her husband and headed toward divorce?

Wait Training Inc, and the Healthy Marriage project surrounding the "Live Well, Love Well, Marry Well" advertising campaign is wasting a million of our tax dollars.

Please write to the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families regarding Grant #90FE0051.

This waste should not be allowed to continue into next year!
