I have set up payment arragements on my account with Wakefield and Associates and after 6 months of paying a montly amount they call me to tell me that my hardship payments has expired and that I will either have to pay 2 payments of 300.00 a piece or pay in full of 606.00 10% off of what I owe to them. I got into an heated conversation with Brent Wilson the supervisor or manager there or whatever they want to call themselfs and he was refusing to set up 6 more montly payments to get this account paid off. I don't understand why he threaten me and stated that he will take me to court when I have been paying on this account for the last 6 months and I have proof to show and I am the one who called them to set up the payment arragements. What are my opitions on this? Can someone give me adivce? I would like to report this Brad Wilson to someone but who?
