 I purchased a 64 gb Microsoft tablet in 2014, I also purchased a 2 year service agreement. I've filed two claims with them and both times I've been very unsatisfied. The first time they sent my product back, the right speakers were blown. Then I sent it in again recently, and they didn't give me any warning, they sent me the wrong replacement. They "disposed" of my old hard drive and sent me a 32gb tablet in replace of it. I called them and told them I was recording the call they said could no longer discuss anything. I look forward to the lawsuit they owe me more than what I sent. I paid for a product and services and both have been taken from me. Justice will be served. They are frauds and liars. I was also told I would receive a call back within two business days from a service technician and haven't heard from anyone in five days. Ridiculous service!
