Complaint Review: wal mart automotive

wal mart automotive oil change initiated ,paid for,took 3 hrs. had oil changed by other company 3 months later,the filter was from jiffey lube,the company i usually go to.obviously the filter was never changed by walmart san antonio, Texas

Iusually go to jiffeylube for oilchanges but this day Iwent to walmart on austin hiway for the service.it took 3 long freaking hours and after i paid for the convenience i drove off.3 months later i had oil changed at jiffey lube and servicer showed me the supposed walmart filter that wAS installed in my car,IT WAS A JIFFEY LUBE FILTER FROM 2 OIL CHANGES ago.It meant that these asswipes at walmart had reused or never replaced the filter.Iphoned the service manager and he demanded that I tell him who the technician was .Ifound the receipt with the technicians number on it and low and behold ,he wasnt' there any more(must have made manager at another walmart).People do not go to walmart,they hire incompetant rift raff off the streets and safety is priority one to us who have children who rely on safe oil changes/tires /and overall safe maintenance.PLEASE WALMART ,PLEASE.HIRE REAL CERTIFIED PEOPLE TO WORK FOR YOU GUYS  MR.WALTON WOULD NOT STAND FOR THIS POOR TREATMENT TO HIS FELLOW AMERICANS.
