Complaint Review: Wal Mart Connect Internet Service

Wal Mart Connect Internet Service After calling and waiting on hold for 45 minutes I got a person that could hardly speak english All she wanted to do was sell me She assured me that the service had been cancelled however, my credit card is still being billed I have been unable to get ahold of anyone who is willing to help me They even gave me a confirmation number Internet

I tried to cancel my internet service with these people and so far have been very unsuccessful. The person I spoke with on the telephone assured me that it was cancelled, even gave me the cancellation number. I have been unable to reach someone who can help me. You wait on hold for 45 minutes to one hour only to get someone who will not help you and does not speak english very well. It also seems as if they are reading from some sort of teleprompter or something.

These people are horrible. Whatever you do..... do not use this service.

You will never get them to cancel it.
